The Role

We're hiring a GTM to own outbound end-to-end.

You will be a builder + strategist + operator who is obsessed with:

  • Using data to make decisions
  • Experimenting relentlessly and creatively
  • Using AI tooling, automation, and agentic workflows to create unfair advantages

You will design, build, run, measure, break, and rebuild our outbound engine with full autonomy and founder-level trust.


What You'll Own

You will have complete ownership of outbound, including:

  • Designing outbound strategy from first principles
  • Building internal tooling (agents, scrapers, enrichers, qualification logic, scoring models, messaging systems)
  • Identifying and validating ICPs across multiple verticals and running campaigns to target them continuously
  • Creating and testing outbound channels (email, Reddit, LinkedIn, niche communities, hybrids)
  • Running rapid experimentation loops on a weekly basis
  • Systemising what works so it compounds

This is an AI first role, which means you will be expected to use agentic tools from day one.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Think creatively and build quickly
  • Are a GTM and AI geek who lives in Claude Code
  • Have built outbound engines before (formal or informal)
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information
  • Enjoy building scrappy internal tools that later become real products
  • Care deeply about data and are weirdly obsessed with hooking leads

Bonus points if you:

  • Have run your own projects in the past
  • Have strong writing instincts
  • Are based in Lisbon - this is not essential at all but our commercial-facing cofounder is based there
